Unhappy with your purchase? Our Return Period is 7 days from the date of purchase.

To start a return, email us at contact@drmix.in. If accepted, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without prior approval won't be accepted. Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Conditions for Return:
- Products must be in original condition, with all tags, stickers, and packaging intact.
- Damaged or defective items must be reported upon reception with an unboxing video for verification.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
- Consumable products like lactomagic, moringa tablets, massage oil, etc., are non-refundable.
- Courses and consultations are non-refundable, but queries can be addressed at contact@drmix.in or via WhatsApp at 88406 09300.
- Certain items like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods cannot be returned.

Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method. For cash on delivery, we may request your account details. Bank processing may take up to 15 days.

Refund Request Process:
- Contact our support team at contact@drmix.in with your order ID, full name, date of purchase, item name, reason for refund.
- Do not send the product to our warehouse without contacting the support team. Unauthorized returns will be canceled without notice.

Please note: Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
